Recent Project
Client's Challenge: Creating a Diverse Sales Team that will fit their budget and play the hunters role in a new territory.
Goal: Onboard 5 Sr. Sales Executives within their Northeast Region Territory.
Outcome: We targeted candidates that match the client's must have skills, we decided to avoid going to competitors and the company's industry. By doing so, we create a talent pool of 100. We pre-screen/phone interview each candidate and narrowed it down to 20. We schedule interviews for all 20 within 2 weeks, decisions makers were pleased with the outcome and made offers within the week after.
Established Relationship
- Client's Challenge: Finance Department was going through a migration, causing a massive delay in their Billings.
Goal: Onboard 4 new Billing Reps with a heavy workload experience.
Outcome: Cochas Staffing was able to schedule 10 interviews for each role. We're a strong believer in always being prepared for the worst and expecting the best. In this case. We successfully closed those 4 openings within 2 week with offers made the following week of the interviews.
